By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Levvn provides a range of IT services, which include, but are not limited to:
The specific details, scope, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or a formal service agreement signed by both parties.
1.1. All the work requirements must be provided in the document and we will complete the work accordingly. And after the work is completed, you will understand the work according to that document.
1.2. A minimum 30% advance of the original project cost should be paid before starting the work.
2.1. If any new function needs to be added after delivery of the website, additional payment will be required, but if there is any general change, it will be given free of charge.
2.2. Must pay the full price of the domain and hosting. If you have taken domain and hosting from us
2.3. To add premium function, the client needs to purchase, ex: Pathao Courier, SSLCOMMERZ etc.
2.4. We do not take responsibility to add all products to this project. We will add a maximum of 50 products for each website. To add more products will have to pay extra.
2.5. Lifetime free support will be provided for any internal problems on the website but if any problem is due to user error, then charges will be applicable to solve it.
3.1. We sell domain and hosting services yearly basis. Let’s say you bought a domain and hosting from us in the first year, if you want to continue this service in the second year, then you will have to renew the domain and hosting from us at the same price for the second year at the same price.
3.2. To avail the domain hosting service, you need to make payment first.
